OxEd UK Trading Limited is a British company (UK company no. 12696320) which is wholly owned by the Washington International Studies Council, Inc. (WISC), FC016626, and the Oxford Study Abroad Programme (OSAP). OSAP is a trading name of WISC.

WISC, in turn, is wholly owned by the Estate of Robert L. Schuettinger. An executor of the Robert L. Schuettinger estate is Timothy O. Moore, a UK citizen and full-time UK resident, who is a director of both WISC and OxEd UK Trading Ltd.

OxEd UK Trading Limited provides UK-based services, including University of Oxford college places, one-on-one tutorials with University of Oxford faculty, student accommodation, tours, pastoral care, etc., on behalf of WISC/OSAP.
